There is a bookshop in Tokyo, where people line up in a long queue every week to buy that one book that is currently in the store. Very special. You do what you are good at, extremely good! You focus on everything you can do to market it as optimally as possible. Some weeks ago I had a nice appointment in Amersfoort. A good friend recommended a restaurant where you could have a nice lunch. Restaurant Rauw has a very clear and pure menu, it looks simple but is pleasantly decorated and the service is just right. You get exactly what you need at the time: a delicious, perfect steak tartare with thick homemade fries and a fine glass of red wine!
